## Description

We are a growing digital team dedicated to building intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. We’re seeking a talented **UX/UI Designer** with strong expertise in **Figma** and proven experience designing for both **mobile and web platforms**.

The Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that balance functionality with aesthetics. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

-   Design and deliver **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups** using Figma
-   Create intuitive, responsive designs for both **mobile apps and web applications**
-   Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
-   Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
-   Maintain design consistency across platforms with style guides and design systems
-   Apply UX principles to improve user journeys, accessibility, and overall usability

Required Qualifications

-   Proven experience as a **UX/UI Designer** with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
-   Strong proficiency in **Figma** (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
-   Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
-   Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design iterations
-   Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack)
-   Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly

Preferred Skills

-   Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
-   Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective collaboration with developers
-   Ability to create motion/interaction design for enhanced user experiences
