**Position overview** 

As a foundational member of our team, you will serve as the driving force behind our TikTok go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with our Australian headquarters, you will manage the complete e-commerce and paid media performance for this channel, integrating precise commercial analytics with rapid campaign execution.

**What you ‘ll be doing** 

-   Build Alpha-H’s TikTok Shop & content-commerce roadmap from 0-1, rapidly testing, learning and scaling traffic, conversion and repeat-purchase rates.
-   Conceptualise, execute and optimise TikTok live-streams and short-form campaigns, adjusting assortment, scripts and media spend in real time.
-   Leverage third-party analytics to monitor daily KPIs (ROI, CTR, CVR) and pivot content or bidding strategies on the fly.
-   Coordinate seamlessly across Melbourne, Hong Kong and Shenzhen stakeholders to align brand voice, inventory and logistics cadence.
-   Lead a compact operations & paid-media squad, delivering growth targets and weekly data-driven insights.
-   Troubleshoot sales, stock and content-moderation issues, mobilising cross-regional resources to keep the funnel moving.
-   Track beauty-sector trends and competitor moves daily, translating findings into data-backed recommendations.

## Requirements

**Who we’re looking for** 

-   3+ years hands-on TikTok e-commerce or content-commerce experience; 0-1 brand-launch exposure strongly preferred.
-   Demonstrated ability to mine data, diagnose bottlenecks and recalibrate tactics overnight.
-   Deep expertise in TikTok Ads Manager and live-room traffic buying; comfortable micro-targeting audiences, bids and creatives in real time.
-   Fluency in TikTok Shop P&L mechanics—sensitive to GM, ad-rate, freight and discount levers—with proven cost-optimisation wins.
-   Structured thinker with fluent English and Chinese (spoken & written) and the finesse to negotiate across time zones.
-   Relentlessly results-oriented, resilient and energized by the intensity—and opportunity—of a zero-to-one sprint.
