**Job Title: General Accountant (NetSuite Expert)**  
**Location:** Remote  
**Start Date:** ASAP (Target: Monday Start)  
**Engagement Type:** Independent Contractor / Full-Time

**Job Summary:**  
We are urgently looking for a highly skilled **General Accountant** with strong experience in **NetSuite** and advanced **Excel** proficiency to support a time-sensitive **data migration project**. This is a short-turnaround role, with a preferred ASAP start date, aimed at helping the team finalize the NetSuite data migration and support ongoing accounting operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with the final phases of **NetSuite data migration**, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
-   Review and reconcile migrated data against legacy systems.
-   Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and working files in Excel.
-   Collaborate with the internal finance and systems teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure a smooth migration process.
-   Support ad hoc general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, as needed.

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   Minimum of **3–5 years of general accounting experience**.
-   **Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP** is required.
-   Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
-   Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
-   Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred:**

-   Experience with data migration projects or ERP implementations.
-   CPA or equivalent certification (a plus but not required).
