We are looking for **Native Danish speakers** who are ready to pack their bags, trade the rainy Danish weather for the glorious Greek sun, and join the official **Netflix support team** in Athens! ☀️✈️

This isn’t your average boring office job. You’ll be the friendly voice (and keyboard) helping fellow Danish Netflix users solve their streaming dilemmas so they can get back to their movie marathons.

### **What You’ll Be Doing:**

As a Netflix Customer Expert, you will handle **Voice inquiries** (with the potential to support chat and email down the line). You’ll be the hero who:

-   **Saves the show:** Help users who lost access to their accounts, got locked out, or need help logging in on their brand-new Smart TV.
-   **Fixes the glitch:** Troubleshoot basic tech issues or app errors so the streaming never stops.
-   **Talks money (the easy way):** Answer quick questions about billing, updating payment methods, or explaining account histories.
-   **Spreads the love:** When a user wants to cancel, you’ll use your charm and empathy to remind them why Netflix is the best companion for their cozy nights.

## Requirements

-   **Your Danish is flawless:** You speak and write fluent Danish (C1/C2 level).
-   **Your English is sharp:** You have a solid B2 level because your training, internal database, and communication with the wider team will be in English.
-   **You're a tech-savvy multi-tasker:** You know your way around a PC and can type at a speed of at least 25 words per minute.
-   **No experience? No problem!** If you love Netflix and love talking to people, we will teach you the rest. Our short, premium training program has got you covered.
