## Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney licensed in California to represent and advise our company in employment-related legal matters. The ideal candidate has a strong background in defending employers and is comfortable managing litigation while representing the company's interests in California.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Represent the company in employment litigation matters.
-   Develop legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
-   Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues.
-   Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
-   Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings as required.
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
-   Ensure compliance with California employment laws and regulations.

## Requirements

-   Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
-   Proven experience representing and defending employers in employment litigation.
-   Strong knowledge of California employment law.
-   Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
-   Ability to appear in California courts as needed.
-   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
