## Description

\- Position: Senior Backend Engineer

\- Responsibilities:  
\- Own and develop core distributed systems that power the commerce platform.  
\- Design and implement reliable microservices using Go or Python.  
\- Build high-throughput APIs to support platform scalability and performance.  
\- Collaborate closely with product and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to deliver robust solutions.  
\- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.  
\- Shape and enhance CI/CD workflows to streamline development and deployment processes.  
\- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.  
  
\- Requirements:  
\- 3+ years of experience in distributed architecture.  
\- Proficiency in service discovery, observability, and incident response.  
\- Strong background in building and maintaining microservices.  
\- Experience with Go or Python programming languages.  
\- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.  
\- Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineering talent.
