## Description

Hire Resolve is assisting chemical, manufacturing, and process-driven organizations in hiring experienced process and chemical engineering professionals. These roles support capital projects, process optimization, safety, and production performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Optimize processes through mass/energy balances, modeling, and data analysis
-   Lead or support PHA/HAZOP, MOC, and process safety initiatives
-   Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical specifications
-   Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
-   Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and EHS teams

## Requirements

-   BS in Chemical Engineering (or closely related)
-   7–15+ years in process engineering within chemical, refining, pharma, or manufacturing
-   Strong knowledge of process safety management and documentation
-   Familiarity with Aspen/HYSYS is a plus (role dependent)
-   Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
