Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2900000 (ie INR 10 - 29 LPA)**

Are you an experienced **Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst** with strong expertise in data-driven initiatives and Azure data platforms? This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise data and cloud initiatives, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and data specifications.
-   Work with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, and SQL.
-   Define data models, data flows, ingestion, and transformation requirements.
-   Establish data quality rules, validation checks, metadata, and governance requirements.
-   Define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and business reporting requirements.
-   Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and technical teams.
-   Support Agile delivery, UAT, and end-to-end requirements traceability.

**Key Skills Required:**

-   12–15 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis
-   Strong understanding of Azure data platforms, ADLS, Databricks, and SQL
-   Knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and data lake/lakehouse concepts
-   Experience in data quality, governance, metadata, and data validation
-   Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
-   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT

**Preferred:** Experience in enterprise data modernization, cloud migration, BI/reporting, and regulatory or audit-related data initiatives.

**Ideal Candidate:** A senior BA who can effectively translate complex business needs into actionable data requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions.
