## Description

**Who are we?**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate externally with landlords and internally with other function departments.
-   Conduct admin work to assist the team.
-   Assist in business development project review.
-   Proactively support the innovative business ideas.
-   Participate in identifying opportunity and priority markets, support in developing specific plans to drive business performance.
-   Work with the Business Development Team to formulate strategies to align with market direction, keep constant evaluation and review, and identify additional requirements to close the opportunity.
-   Perform any other ad-hoc tasks required for Business Development section.

## Requirements

-   Students currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree or Master’s degree who is looking to build a career in Business Development; Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
-   Experience in retail industry and multi-national company will be an advantage.
-   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; mandarin or other languages will be a plus.
-   Self-motivated, fast learner, open-minded with excellent personal skills.
