We're hiring Associate Business Consultant(English/Chinese/Korean) for ourCESNA Shanghai team!

\-Location:Shanghai,Jingan District,Donghai SOHO-Onsite| 8:00-17:00

## Requirements

\-Key Responsibilities:

  
\> Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficienthiring process for both clients and candidates;  
\> Support and advise global clients on their hiring strategies and talent needs;  
\> Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding theirbusiness goals and talent requirements;  
\> Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new clientopportunities and offering tailored talent solutions;  
\> Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide strategicguidance;

Who You Are:

\>1-3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales(internship experience is also welcome);

\> Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;  
\> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;

\>Strategic thinker with a proactive, performance-driven mindset;

\> A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented; environment;

\>MBA is a plus, but not required;
