## Description

-   5–10 years of experience as a **Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant** in Capital Markets /Role Overview
-   We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Functional Solution Consultant** with strong expertise in the **Capital Markets / Securities domain**. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional solutions, and support securities-related applications and processes.
-   Key Responsibilities

-   Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
-   Translate business requirements into clear **functional specifications and solution requirements**.
-   Work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
-   Analyze existing securities processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Support solution design, functional testing, UAT, implementation, and production releases.
-   Provide functional expertise throughout the application development and delivery lifecycle.
-   Ensure solutions align with business, operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

## Requirements

-   5–10 years of experience as a **Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant** in Capital Markets / Securities IT.  
    
-   Strong combination of **Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis**.
-   Knowledge of **SWIFT, ISO 15022 / ISO 20022**  
    
-   Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.  
    
-   Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.  
    
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  
    
-   Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.  
    
-   Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
