## Description

**PRIORITY Quality Consultants** is seeking **Mid-Level Business Analysts** on behalf of one of the leading financial institutions in Greece. Successful candidates will join a high-performing **Project Governance & Delivery** team, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are looking to further develop their business analysis expertise within a large-scale, complex banking environment, working alongside experienced teams on high-impact projects. The initial engagement is project-based, with **strong potential for extension based on project needs and performance**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Gather, analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
-   Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories and functional documentation.
-   Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvement opportunities.
-   Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business test scenarios.
-   Develop process flows, operational documentation and user manuals where required.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
-   Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
-   Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.
-   Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and project delivery lifecycles (Agile and/or Waterfall).
-   Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation.
-   Familiarity with UAT preparation and execution.
-   Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent command of Greek and English.
