## Description

99BrightMinds is seeking a Salesforce QA / Testing Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and Agile delivery practices.

## Requirements

### Responsibilities

-   Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test strategies.
-   Develop and manage test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
-   Test complex user journeys across multiple Salesforce modules and business processes.
-   Perform integration, end-to-end, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
-   Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
-   Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

### Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
-   Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
-   Experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
-   Strong understanding of software testing principles, defect management, and test lifecycle processes.
-   Experience testing integrated enterprise applications and complex business workflows.
-   Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
-   Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Salesforce certifications or testing-related certifications are a plus.
-   Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
-   Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
-   Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
