LV Petroleum is searching for Assistant General Managers and General Managers for two ICONIC brands within our BRAND NEW travel center in Seminole! If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy leading teams while delivering great food and service, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**

-   Deliver exceptional customer service.
-   Prepare and serve high-quality food to Sbarro standards.
-   Support daily restaurant operations.
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant.
-   Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
-   Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Lead day-to-day restaurant operations.
-   Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
-   Train, coach, and develop team members.
-   Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
-   Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
