## Description

As Financial Controler, you will play a central role in supporting the financial health of the business through reliable reporting, strong controls, and close partnership with leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
-   Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
-   Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts.
-   Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
-   Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision-making.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
-   7-10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
-   Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
-   Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls.
-   Experience supporting senior leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
-   CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.
