### **About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly capable **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join a leading international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. This role offers an outstanding career opportunity to gain extensive international exposure and work within a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized **Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management** positions.
-   Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
-   Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
-   Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Status).
-   Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.

## Requirements

### **Key Requirements**

-   **2 to 5+ years of experience** in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
-   Proven background recruiting for **Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing** environments.
-   Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
-   Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools
