**What you’ll be doing:**

- Assessing and approving repairs to ensure vehicles are back on the road quickly and cost-effectively
- Diagnosing issues in collaboration with repairers and suppliers
- Acting as a technical SME for commercial vehicles
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, workshops and internal stakeholders
- Managing work authorities and ensuring accurate maintenance coding
- Supporting cost control and service outcomes across the fleet

**Abut you:**

- Trade qualification in Motor Mechanics (or similar)
- Hands-on workshop experience _or_ experience in a Maintenance Controller role
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience with medium to heavy commercial vehicles (highly regarded)

**The Perks:**

- 27 days of annual leave per year.
- A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- Rewards programme, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers.
- An extensive range of other employee benefits.
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers.

This is your chance to move off the workshop floor and into an office role while keeping your mechanical expertise front and centre. Apply now and grow your career with us!

**Ready to Apply?** If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply now!

**We look forward to your application!** Review of submissions will begin after **30th March**.

Offer of employment with FleetPartners Group is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
