## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers and includes the benefit of paid relocation to Greece.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
-   Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
-   Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on Dyson products, policies, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or retail.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
-   Passion for technology and delivering excellent customer experiences.
