## Description

NeoWork is hiring Bookkeepers to manage day-to-day financial records for U.S. companies and accounting firms. You will keep the books accurate and up to date, from transaction recording through month-end reconciliations.  
  
NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
• Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers  
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations  
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable  
• Review balance sheets and P&L statements to identify discrepancies  
• Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports  
• Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager

## Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience  
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero  
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles  
• High attention to detail and accuracy  
• Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines  
• Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection  
  
Nice to Have  
• Experience with U.S. clients or U.S. GAAP  
• Degree in Accounting or related field
