We are experts in navigating complex funding landscapes, particularly through the European Innovation Council Accelerator. Our firm is part of a larger group that includes a Family Office and Da Vinci Labs, a deep tech incubator.

We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to become the day-to-day owner of IT support at ZV and to help deliver planned improvements in managing devices, identities, and accesses. This is a permanent role for someone who wants continuity, real responsibility, and room for development, working closely with the IT Manager.

**Responsibilities**

_User support_

-   Log, prioritise, and resolve support tickets, keeping users informed until each issue is closed
-   Provide remote support and troubleshoot Windows devices, applications, connectivity, and access
-   Escalate complex issues with clear notes on what has been checked
-   Spot recurring problems and propose practical, lasting fixes

_Users and devices_

-   Run onboarding and offboarding: accounts, licences, accesses, and equipment
-   Prepare, deliver, recover, reprovision, and securely retire devices
-   Keep accurate inventory of devices, software, and assigned equipment
-   Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers as required

_Endpoint management_

-   Enroll and manage Windows devices in Microsoft Intune: configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment and updates
-   Prepare test devices, run test scenarios, and support pilots before wider rollout
-   Help onboard devices to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, check protection status, and triage alerts following agreed procedures
-   Support encryption and remediation activities

_Identity and applications_

-   Administer users, groups, and accesses in Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace
-   Troubleshoot MFA and SSO, and help test Conditional Access policies
-   Manage access to business applications, keeping the right boundaries between entities
-   Contribute to identity federation testing and documentation as directed

_Assessments and documentation_

-   Collect evidence and record configuration gaps for technical assessments and audits
-   Keep technical documentation, support procedures, and change records up to date
-   Write clear guides for users and repeatable procedures for the team
-   Build up PowerShell scripting over time to automate routine tasks

## Requirements

-   Practical experience in IT support or junior systems administration, ideally around 2 to 4 years
-   Strong Windows troubleshooting skills and a clear, patient approach to user support
-   Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience: enrolment, deploying policies and profiles, troubleshooting
-   Professional working proficiency in English, including live user support, technical meetings and written documentation
-   Practical experience administering cloud user accounts and access, in Microsoft 365, Entra ID or Google Workspace
-   Working knowledge of Entra ID and endpoint security fundamentals, including MFA, SSO, and least privilege
-   Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting
-   Organised and reliable, with sound judgement when using administrative access

-   BitLocker, security baselines and Conditional Access
-   Application packaging for Intune
-   PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph
-   Identity federation, or supporting more than one tenant or organisation
-   Experience at an MSP or in an international support environment
-   Relevant Microsoft certifications
