 We are seeking an experienced **Security Project Manager** to lead the delivery of complex ICT and security initiatives within a high-security environment. This role is responsible for driving project outcomes, managing organisational change, and working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver strategic capability uplift. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. **This role will be a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, based in VIC, QLD and/or ACT.**

## Requirements

### **What You'll Do**

-   Lead the planning and delivery of complex ICT and security projects from initiation through to completion.
-   Develop and implement change management plans to support successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
-   Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change control processes.
-   Define, prioritise, and manage business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular project updates.
-   Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables are completed to agreed quality, timeframes, and budgets.
-   Support the development of policies, procedures, and training materials to enable successful project outcomes.
-   Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business areas, and leadership to achieve project objectives.

### **What You'll Bring**

-   Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale ICT or security projects in complex environments.
-   Strong project management skills with experience managing project governance, risks, budgets, and delivery.
-   Demonstrated experience leading organisational change and driving successful business transformation initiatives.
-   Experience defining and managing business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while managing competing priorities.
-   Current **TSPV (Top Secret Positive Vetting)** security clearance.
-   Australian Citizenship and the ability to work in a highly secure environment.
