### Evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs and help shape safer, smarter AI systems

We are looking for **GenAI Romanian Content Experts** who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to [Athens](https://tp-greece.com/tp-athens/).

In this role, you will evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs to ensure policy compliance, safety, and high‑quality user experiences—while working in a supportive Trust & Safety environment.

## Requirements

### **What you’ll do**

-   Review, classify, and develop creative Prompts GenAI systems using client tools and guidelines.
-   Input high‑quality data and feedback to improve training, tuning, and evaluation.
-   Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
-   Please note that at times content may be sensitive 

### **What you’ll bring**

-   **Romanian** at excellent level (C1+) and solid English (B2+).
-   1–2 years’ experience in content safety/moderation or customer support; GenAI familiarity is a plus.
-   Critical thinking, objective decision‑making, excellent written communication, and cultural awareness.
-   Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
-   Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
-   Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
