Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   General office support across the business
-   Processing stock in and out for the Creative, Socials and PR teams
-   Helping the showroom with stock and general support
-   Coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and HQ
-   Keeping stock organised and records accurate
-   Working with multiple teams and pitching in where needed

## Requirements

-   A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work independently and think on your feet
-   Great attention to detail
-   Excellent communication skills and teamwork
-   Flexibility with hours and the ability to work to deadlines
-   Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry
-   Experience in office, retail, or showroom roles
