## Description

### **Responsibilities**

-   Provide sales support to internal sales teams including all administrative work and coordination of documentations and insurance policies issuance
-   To compile business and management reports
-   To collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development 
-   To assist management in developing new product and market, and any other business functions
-   Communicate with customers to facilitate a smooth enrolment process, and follow up with outstanding documents and answer enquiries when necessary

## Requirements

-   HKDSE or above
-   At least 1-year experience in general administration in banking or financial institution
-   Good communication skills in spoken and written English
-   Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
-   Responsible, well organized and attention to details
-   Proactive, mature, positive and decisive
-   Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
-   Highly customer focussed
