## Description

Square One is seeking a **Senior Maintenance Technician** to oversee the operational efficiency, preventative upkeep, and technical repair of our rapidly expanding portfolio of managed premium residential and mixed-use properties across Limassol & Paphos. This mobile, hands-on role is directly responsible for ensuring all building facilities, mechanical plants, and electrical systems operate at absolute peak performance.

## Requirements

-   **Multi-Property Preventive Maintenance:** Plan and execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance across all properties managed by Square One, ensuring building systems, pumps, and automated plants achieve optimal operational conditions.
-   **Electromechanical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose, isolate, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) faults, electronic equipment failures, and HVAC systems.
-   **Life Safety & Systems Compliance:** Conduct routine testing and verify the continuous functionality of all emergency systems, standby generators, and fire/life safety installations across the assets.
-   **Subcontractor & Vendor Supervision:** Oversee external technical crews and specialist contractors during specialized overhauls, ensuring work is performed on time, safely, and up to premium standards.
-   **Rapid Breakdown Response:** Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, troubleshooting structural or utility breakdowns calmly and independently under minimal supervision.
-   **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain detailed digital maintenance logs, equipment history files, asset registries, and tracking records for spare parts and consumables inventory.
