## Description

_Minimum an Undergraduate or a Graduate_

_\- 2+ Years of International Call Center experience (US Preferred)_

_\- Excellent Communication skills in English (Mandatory)_

_\- Salary Between 25k to 45k/- per month_

_\- 5 day working (Not a mandate Sat/Sun off, it could be any 2 days in the week with split off too, based on business requirements)_

_\- Pure Night shift (US Hours)_

_\- Pure work from Office and NO Work from Home_

_\- Excellent Communication skills in English - C1 Level (Non Negotiable and Mandate)_

_\- Great Sales acumen_

_\- Outbound sales experience is highly preferred_

_\- Must be from an international call center (US/UK) - Non Negotiable_

_\- Customer Centric_

_\- Objection handling_

_\- Go getter attitude_

_\- Stay calm under pressure_

_\- An Amazing Team player_

_\- Strong bias for action and numbers/performance outcome_
