**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
-   Providing companionship and emotional support
-   Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
-   Assisting with mobility and transportation as needed
-   Communicating changes in client condition to supervisors
-   Ensuring the safety and comfort of clients at all times

## Requirements

-   Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
-   Active California Home Care Aide registration
-   Recent TB test or chest X-ray as required by law
-   Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification
