### The Role

As our **VIP Strategy & Growth Manager**, you will play a key role in shaping how WPT Global identifies, develops, and retains its most valuable players.

Working closely with the VIP and Data teams, you will focus on developing and refining growth strategies for both existing VIPs and high-potential players. You will use player behaviour, gaming patterns, segmentation, and performance data to identify opportunities that increase engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation.

This is a highly analytical and strategic role, suited to someone who understands the commercial value of VIP players and can turn player data into clear, actionable strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies and continuously refining our approach based on results and changing player behaviour.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in VIP, CRM, lifecycle, retention, growth, or player strategy within the **iGaming industry**.
-   Strong understanding of VIP player behaviour, retention mechanics, and player lifecycle management.
-   Experience using player data and behavioural insights to develop commercial strategies.
-   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
-   Experience developing customer or player segmentation strategies.
-   Strong understanding of engagement, retention, reactivation, and customer progression strategies.
-   Commercially minded with a strong focus on player value and long-term growth.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Comfortable collaborating closely with Data and other cross-functional teams.
-   Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop growth strategies for VIP and high-potential player segments, focusing on engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation.
-   Analyse player behaviour, gaming patterns, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
-   Work closely with the Data team to develop insights and improve how VIP and high-potential players are identified and managed.
-   Develop segmentation strategies to identify and prioritise VIP and high-potential player groups.
-   Build strategies that support high-potential players progressing into VIP segments.
-   Develop initiatives designed to strengthen long-term engagement and value across existing VIP player segments.
-   Evaluate the performance and commercial impact of VIP growth strategies.
-   Continuously refine strategies based on data, player behaviour, and performance trends.
-   Identify opportunities to improve the overall VIP lifecycle and player journey.
-   Collaborate with VIP, CRM, Product, Data, and other relevant teams to ensure strategies are implemented effectively.
-   Provide clear recommendations and insights to stakeholders based on analysis and performance.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Previous experience specifically working with **VIP or high-value players within online poker, casino, or iGaming**.
-   Strong understanding of online poker and poker player behaviour.
-   Experience working with BI, analytics, CRM, or player segmentation tools.
-   Based in **Europe or Asia**.
-   **Mandarin language proficiency** would be a strong advantage.
-   Experience working within an international, remote-first organisation.
