## Description

The Project Manager, Sales and Product Strategy, plays a key role in driving the successful pursuit and delivery of major project and contract opportunities. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, this position supports project activities by guiding bid strategies, developing comprehensive proposal submissions, and overseeing project execution from concept through completion. Working closely with the Sales team and dealer partners, the Project Manager develops project strategies, execution plans, and stakeholder alignment to maximize project success and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead the full project lifecycle from project initiation through design, production, delivery, installation, deficiency resolution, and project close-out.
-   Support project pursuit activities, including bid and RFP review, strategic planning, proposal development, client presentations, and operations alignment.
-   Oversee the development and coordination of project proposals, quote packages, presentations, mock-ups, and other customer-facing materials that support successful and competitive project pursuits.
-   Partner with sales, design, engineering, and dealer partners to propose innovative and competitive solutions that meet project specifications and customer expectations.
-   Develop project execution plans, establish project milestones, monitor progress, and provide regular reporting on project performance, risks, and opportunities.
-   Collaborate with internal and dealer teams to align resources, timelines, and project deliverables.
-   Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation.
-   Analyze project outcomes, including won and lost opportunities, to identify trends, lessons learned, competitive insights, and future growth opportunities
-   Conduct site visits as required throughout Canada to support project planning, monitor progress, address on-site concerns, and ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
-   Identify and proactively mitigate project risks while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.

## Requirements

-   Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a post-secondary institution preferably in business, interior design, architecture, or a related field
-   PMP certification is an asset.
-   3+ years of Project Management Experience
-   Experience in commercial office design and/or contract furniture industry
-   Experience with design programs, such as AutoCAD, CET, Giza, or SIF programs
-   Proven abilities to:

-   Lead projects from initiation through completion, including the development and coordination of comprehensive project proposals and bid submissions.
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and balance competing priorities and deadlines
-   Read and interpret design documents, such as floorplans, construction drawings, bids/RFPs, and written specifications
-   Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
-   Foster collaboration among project team members by promoting a shared vision, aligned objectives, and a results-driven team environment.
-   Coordinate diverse stakeholders and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables
-   Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they impact project outcomes
-   Identify, address, and resolve conflicts and/or communication gaps among internal and external stakeholders
-   Be organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
-   Leverage available resources to solve problems, make informed decisions, and deliver results.
-   Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

**Work Environment**

-   Travel will be required (within Canada and/or the USA)
-   Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
-   Able to conduct presentations and meetings.
-   Overtime as required.
