## Description

We are looking for a **Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist** who will oversee construction projects remotely while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
-   Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
-   Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
-   Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
-   Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
-   Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines.
-   Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-   Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams in different locations.
