## Description

**Muller’s Solutions** is looking for an experienced **ServiceNow CLM Consultant** with strong hands-on experience in **Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)** and a background in the **Banking/Financial Services sector**.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Implement, configure, and support **ServiceNow CLM solutions**.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
-   Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
-   Manage contract lifecycle processes including **contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination**.
-   Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
-   Work with **Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs**.
-   Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
-   Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

## Requirements

**4+ years of ServiceNow experience**.

Strong hands-on experience with **ServiceNow CLM**.

**Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.**

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.

Experience with **Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications**.

Experience with **REST/SOAP integrations**.

Experience with data migration and testing.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow certification is a plus.
