## Description

**Who Are We❓**

We Are Servme! A powerhouse guest experience and CRM platform built for modern hospitality. Born to simplify operations, we offer table and seat management, waitlist, guest profiling, commission-free online bookings, a full marketing suite, and razor-sharp analytics. Purpose-built from the front to the back of the house, Servme seamlessly integrates with telephone systems, point of sale, hotel PMS, payments, and major social platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram.

We're not just another booking tool — we're the operational brain behind smarter restaurants, cafes, and hotels. And yes, we're growing fast. With a relentless focus on streamlining hospitality, Servme is becoming the go-to guest experience platform in the region and beyond. Ready to serve smarter? That's Servme.

**The Job in a Nutshell💡**

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager responsible for winning new, strategic, high-value enterprise accounts for Servme — major hotel groups, large F&B chains, and multi-site hospitality operators. Unlike the Business Development / SMB Acquisition team, which focuses on high-volume outbound to smaller, single-site venues, this role involves longer, more consultative sales cycles, larger deal sizes, multiple stakeholders, and greater strategic complexity. Success in this role means building and closing a pipeline of net-new enterprise logos, developing relationships with senior decision-makers across operations, IT, procurement, and finance, and structuring commercial deals that set the account up for long-term expansion. Once an account closes, it's handed to the Enterprise Account Management team for ongoing growth and retention — this role owns acquisition, not the long-term relationship.

**What Will You Do❓**

Responsibilities:
Here it is as bullet points, grouped the same way but without section headers:

- Identify, research, and prioritize target enterprise accounts (hotel groups, large F&B chains, multi-site operators) based on strategic fit and revenue potential
- Build and manage a structured, data-driven pipeline of enterprise opportunities, focusing on the highest-value prospects
- Develop account-specific points of view and business cases that speak to enterprise-level priorities (multi-site rollout, centralized reporting, brand standards, cost consolidation)
- Run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through signed contract, typically involving decision-makers across operations, IT, procurement, finance, and executive sponsorship
- Lead executive-level conversations and presentations, tailoring Servme's value proposition to each account's scale and complexity
- Structure and negotiate enterprise commercial terms, partnering with Commercial leadership on pricing, contract structure, and multi-site rollout plans
- Coordinate technical and product stakeholders as needed to address complex integration, security, or procurement requirements specific to enterprise buyers
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of pipeline stage, deal size, and expected close timing in the CRM
- Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to leadership, with realistic assessments of deal risk and timing
- Build tailored proposals and business cases for each strategic opportunity, rather than relying on standardized SMB collateral
- Partner closely with the Enterprise Account Management team to ensure a smooth, well-documented handoff of newly signed accounts, setting them up for long-term growth and retention
- Coordinate with Product, Support, and Engineering during the sales cycle to validate feasibility for complex, multi-site, or custom requirements
- Work with Marketing to develop enterprise-specific collateral, case studies, and reference stories that support the sales cycle

## Requirements

**What Are We Looking For❓**

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or a related B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals — not just high-volume transactional sales.
- Experience selling to hotel groups, large F&B chains, or other multi-site hospitality/retail operators is strongly preferred.
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (Director level and above), including in hospitality operations, IT, and procurement.
- Strong commercial acumen — able to structure and negotiate enterprise-level contracts and pricing.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles (months, not weeks) with patience and persistence.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required (French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet prospective enterprise clients.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning outcomes with a high degree of autonomy.

**What We Offer You❗
We believe you will love working at Servme!**

- We have an inclusive and diverse culture that encourages innovation and flexibility in remote, in-office, and hybrid work setups.
- We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for shares.
- We prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper-growth environment.
- We offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company.
