In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences for Dutch-speaking audiences while contributing to a service environment that values clarity, responsiveness, and empathy. You will play an important part in representing service quality in day-to-day customer interactions and in helping ensure issues are resolved efficiently through close coordination with internal teams.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Document customer interactions clearly in CRM and internal support systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and track complex cases.
-   Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting response time targets.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch.
-   Strong English communication skills for customer support interactions.
-   Comfort using CRM platforms and documenting customer cases accurately in support systems.
-   Ability to reside and work remotely from Greece, or willingness to relocate to Greece.
