We're looking for a **Product Manager** to help us build engaging consumer experiences and accelerate product growth.

### What You'll Do

-   Own product initiatives from discovery to launch.
-   Define product strategy and roadmap alongside founders.
-   Work closely with Design, Engineering, AI, Data, and Growth teams.
-   Optimize key product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, and subscription conversion.
-   Run A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
-   Translate user insights and business goals into clear product requirements.
-   Continuously improve the user experience across the entire product journey.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   Experience managing consumer mobile products.
-   Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and key SaaS/mobile metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, paywall optimization, etc.).
-   Experience working on AI-powered products or features.
-   A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong product sense.
-   Comfortable using data to prioritize decisions and measure success.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with pricing, paywalls, onboarding, and monetization.
-   Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
-   Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
-   Experience working closely with ML or AI teams.
