We are seeking an experienced **Specialist in Critical Care Medicine** to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
-   Manage mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic instability, sepsis, and other critical care emergencies.
-   Perform and supervise appropriate critical care procedures.
-   Participate in emergency response and resuscitation activities.
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
-   Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
-   Follow UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international standards of critical care.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Critical Care Medicine / Intensive Care Medicine** or an equivalent specialty qualification.
-   Relevant clinical experience as a Specialist in Critical Care Medicine.
-   **DOH Abu Dhabi eligibility/license** or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
