## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Norwegian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital space for Norwegian-speaking users within a dynamic, international environment.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will monitor digital content, respond to safety concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies tailored for the Norwegian-speaking community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and evaluate online content to ensure it aligns with trust and safety standards for Norwegian-speaking users.
-   Engage proactively with users to address trust and safety issues and provide support.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety policies and operational workflows.
-   Analyze trends in safety to inform improvements and prepare reports.
-   Keep updated with relevant regulations and industry best practices concerning digital safety and content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is required.
-   Proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be offered.
