📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician** to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide specialized rehabilitation care for children with developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation assessments and consultations.
-   Diagnose and manage pediatric functional, developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary care involving physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other specialists.
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
-   Manage spasticity, mobility limitations, and other rehabilitation-related conditions within the scope of practice.
-   Provide guidance to families and caregivers regarding rehabilitation goals and long-term care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
-   Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
-   Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Medicine, or a related specialty.
-   Relevant specialized training or experience in **Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation**.
-   Eligibility for **Consultant** classification under applicable UAE PQR requirements.
-   Valid **DOH licence/eligibility** or willingness to complete the required licensing process.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
