## Description

Optimiza is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality backend services and APIs that power our applications. Your role involves ensuring the robustness, scalability, and security of backend systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
-   Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
-   Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
-   Optimize backend performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
-   Implement and maintain security and data protection measures.
-   Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-   Ensure system reliability and availability through monitoring and testing.
-   Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-   7+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
-   Proficient in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
-   Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
-   Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
-   Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
-   Good understanding of security best practices in backend development.
-   Experience with version control systems like Git.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
