### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms to identify and address violations of community standards.
-   Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action according to established policies.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety and trust measures.
-   Analyze trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance community safety.
-   Communicate clearly with users to promote awareness of safe online behavior and community guidelines.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills.
-   Previous experience in social media trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing online safety risks.
-   Willingness to live and work in Greece.
-   Familiarity with social media platforms and digital safety tools is advantageous.
