## Description

ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client, based in Athens, is currently looking for an **Administrative Assistant.**

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while providing administrative and clerical support to various departments.  
  
**Key responsibilities include:**

-   Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
-   Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area and meeting room environment.
-   Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces, and support catering/refreshment arrangements when required.
-   Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, deliveries, and document distribution.
-   Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, and internal communications.
-   Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reporting where applicable.
-   Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
-   Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams upon request.
-   Assist with onboarding activities (e.g., access cards, desk preparation, welcome materials).
-   Ensure compliance with internal policies, health & safety standards, and company guidelines.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Skills:**

-   Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience in a corporate reception or administrative assistant role.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English.
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
-   Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
-   Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   High level of confidentiality, reliability, and discretion.
