## Description

As HR Executive, you will support talent acquisition efforts and help shape an efficient, well-organized recruitment process that connects the business with the right people.

### Responsibilities

-   Recruit candidates across open roles.
-   Handle the interview process from coordination through evaluation stages.
-   Use Workable to manage recruitment activity.
-   Fill positions in a high-growth environment.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of recruiting experience.
-   Experience handling the interview process, including competency-based interviewing.
-   Track record of filling positions in a high-growth or dynamic tech environment.
-   Hands-on experience using Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
-   Prior recruiting experience in logistics or supply chain.
-   Experience working with department heads throughout hiring processes.
-   Fluency in Greek and English.
-   Eligibility to work in Greece.
-   A degree in Psychology is a plus.
