## Description

City Wide Facility Solutions Vancouver is looking for a reliable and **experienced** **Full-Time Handyman** to join our growing team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across commercial properties.

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Perform general handyman and light maintenance services, including:

-   Minor repairs (doors, hardware, drywall, trim, fixtures, etc.)
-   Basic carpentry and installations
-   Ceiling tile replacement
-   Light plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, fixtures)
-   Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets – as permitted)
-   Furniture assembly and installation

-   Complete service calls, punch-list items, and small projects
-   Conduct preventative maintenance and general upkeep
-   Work across multiple commercial sites (offices, medical, schools, industrial)
-   Coordinate with facility managers and internal team
-   Respond to urgent or time-sensitive service requests when needed

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance (required)
-   Broad skill set across multiple trades
-   Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
-   Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-   Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

### **Preferred:**

-   Experience in commercial environments
-   Ability to complete multiple service types in one visit
-   Responsive and reliable under time-sensitive conditions
