**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Molecular Biology Specialist** to support a project focused on improving how advanced AI systems understand and reason about life science topics.

You will review scientific data, experimental protocols, and AI-generated content, while developing clear explanations, realistic scenarios, and expert feedback. The role requires strong knowledge of **molecular biology methods, experimental design, and scientific interpretation**. Previous AI experience is not required.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor

**COMMITMENT:** Hourly/Part-time

**LOCATION:** Remote

**PROCESS:** Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection

**HOURLY RATE:** $50 - $80/h

**Responsibilities**

-   Review molecular biology data, protocols, and scientific literature.
-   Evaluate AI-generated content for scientific accuracy and clarity.
-   Create explanations, annotations, and reference materials.
-   Develop realistic questions, scenarios, and datasets.
-   Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions.
-   Provide structured feedback to improve AI response quality.
-   Apply current molecular biology methods and research standards.
-   Contribute insights on emerging techniques and applications.

## Requirements

-   PhD, MS, or equivalent Degree in **Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field**
-   Experience in molecular biology research, experimental design, or data interpretation.
-   Strong knowledge of techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
-   Experience writing, reviewing, or evaluating scientific content.
-   Ability to provide clear, accurate, and evidence-based written feedback.
