Join Mercier Consultancy as a Norwegian speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist in Bulgaria! This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about health and fitness technology to provide exceptional customer service to Fitbit users.

In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding Fitbit products and services, helping them to maximize their experience and resolve any issues they may encounter.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit devices
-   Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities
-   Record all customer interactions in our support system accurately
-   Work collaboratively with technical teams to manage complex escalations
-   Encourage user engagement by providing proactive solutions and advice
-   Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
-   Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
-   Previous experience in customer or technical support is advantageous
-   Passion for fitness aids and technology
-   Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
-   Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
-   Familiarity with customer support software is desirable
