## Description

Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Subscription-Based Services team with relocation to Greece. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers, guiding them through their subscription inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your fluency in French will be key in helping clients with subscription management, billing questions, and service support. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to relocate to Greece.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in French relating to subscription services
-   Assist customers with subscription sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and troubleshooting
-   Handle billing inquiries and resolve payment issues efficiently
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
-   Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service offerings
-   Stay informed about subscription products and company policies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
-   Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based industries
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
