We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified **Consultant Family Medicine** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and family healthcare services across a diverse patient population.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients across all age groups.
-   Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
-   Conduct comprehensive health assessments and preventive care consultations.
-   Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
-   Provide health education, lifestyle counseling, and disease-prevention guidance.
-   Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required and coordinate continuity of care.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary clinical discussions and quality-improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, patient-safety standards, and facility policies.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Family Medicine**.
-   Valid professional license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain **DHA licensing** in Dubai.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as per UAE PQR requirements.
-   Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
