**Adservio Luxembourg**  
Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group 300 + consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

**The context**  
With our team, you work for an international organisation in the defence sector, based in Luxembourg. You sit within the platform team that runs its IT infrastructure, in a security-classified environment where availability and information security are not negotiable. The role is full-time on-site and requires a security clearance.

**Your mission**  
You run and evolve the whole infrastructure, from daily operations to migrations, so the platform stays available, secure and documented.

_Run the infrastructure_

-   Manage and support servers, storage, backups and the local area network, day to day
-   Administer directory, messaging and remote desktop services across sites

_Keep the platform available_

-   Operate highly redundant virtualisation clusters and failover clusters, including virtual desktops
-   Migrate virtual and physical machines with no loss of service

_Secure and maintain_

-   Manage anti-virus protection, hardening and product updates across the estate
-   Analyse needs, propose infrastructure solutions and document what you put in place

**Your profile**  
_What is essential_

-   At least 7 years in IT, including 5 years designing and managing complex IT infrastructures, network and security included
-   A valid NATO SECRET security clearance, or a dormant clearance that can be reactivated
-   Windows Server and workstation systems, multi-site Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO), Exchange and Remote Desktop Services farms
-   VMware vSphere 6 or later in multi-site clusters, Hyper-V and VDI, plus Microsoft failover clustering
-   Solid hardware knowledge, and no reluctance to work hands-on with physical equipment

_What makes the difference_

-   Certification on Windows Server 2016 or Microsoft Exchange
-   Patch and update management at scale, for example with WSUS
-   Previous work for an international organisation or in a defence environment
