Finance Manager (Corporate Finance & Special Projects)

Responsibilities:  
  
Management Reporting  
\- Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses.  
\- Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives.  
\- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend.  
\- Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.  
  
Corporate Finance & Special Projects  
\- Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.  
\- Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities.  
\- Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement.  
\- Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation.  
  
Must Have:  
\- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.  
\- 5–7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance.  
\- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.  
\- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\- MBA, CFA, or ACCA qualification.  
\- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.  
\- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional partners and investors.
