### **Content Marketing Manager (Fintech Growth)**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Location:** Pakistan

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a strategic and execution-focused Content Marketing Manager to build brand authority, drive organic growth, and lead the complete content marketing function for a fast-growing fintech company.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact content strategy across social media, SEO, thought leadership, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and digital PR initiatives. You’ll work directly with leadership to position the company as a trusted voice in fintech, cross-border payments, and diaspora-focused financial services.

This is not a basic social media management role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to turn content into brand authority, audience growth, engagement, and inbound opportunities through consistent storytelling and multi-channel execution.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning both content strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Content Strategy & Brand Growth**

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals  
• Build brand authority through thought leadership, storytelling, and educational content  
• Maintain and manage a rolling 30-day content calendar across multiple channels  
• Identify content opportunities tied to fintech trends, diaspora audiences, and cross-border finance topics  
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on engagement, SEO performance, and audience insights

### **Content Creation & Organic Marketing**

• Create long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, and founder-led thought leadership content  
• Develop short-form and AI-powered video content using modern creative tools  
• Manage and grow organic presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and diaspora-focused platforms  
• Write compelling, audience-focused content optimized for engagement and visibility  
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and messaging consistency

### **SEO & Organic Growth**

• Conduct keyword research and implement foundational SEO strategies  
• Optimize website and content assets for on-page SEO and search visibility  
• Improve organic rankings, traffic, and discoverability through content-led SEO initiatives  
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools  
• Collaborate on content optimization and evergreen content updates

### **Podcast, Webinar & Community Growth**

• Launch and manage branded podcast or webinar initiatives  
• Coordinate speaking opportunities, guest outreach, and event promotion  
• Build engagement within fintech and diaspora-focused digital communities  
• Support audience nurturing and long-term community development strategies  
• Drive participation and engagement across owned media channels

### **Digital PR & Brand Amplification**

• Execute digital PR and media outreach initiatives  
• Coordinate partnerships, guest features, and brand collaborations  
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility across fintech and startup ecosystems  
• Support founder branding and thought leadership amplification

### **Analytics & Performance Reporting**

• Track and report on content performance, organic growth, engagement, SEO rankings, and campaign outcomes  
• Analyze audience behavior and optimize content strategy based on data insights  
• Monitor content KPIs and continuously improve performance across channels  
• Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance trends

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content and video tools  
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console  
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimization  
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills

### **Preferred Experience**

• Background in fintech, SaaS, cross-border payments, or diaspora-focused businesses  
• Experience launching podcasts, webinars, or founder-led media initiatives  
• Familiarity with newsletter growth and audience nurturing strategies  
• Experience with digital PR, media outreach, or brand amplification campaigns  
• Understanding of fintech audiences and community-driven growth models

A Content Marketing Manager’s day revolves around creating, optimizing, and distributing content that drives brand growth. You will:  
• Plan and execute content calendars across social and owned channels  
• Write and optimize articles, newsletters, and social content  
• Create AI-assisted video and multimedia content  
• Monitor SEO rankings, engagement metrics, and audience growth  
• Coordinate podcast, webinar, or media initiatives  
• Analyze performance data and refine content strategy based on insights
