We are currently seeking a **Learning & Development Specialist** to join our Human Resources team.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
-   Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders and support the execution of the annual Training Plan.
-   Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, participant feedback and learning assessments, ensuring continuous improvement.
-   Coordinate and continuously enhance the onboarding journey, delivering a consistent and engaging experience for new employees.
-   Support the annual Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, reporting and development planning.
-   Analyse performance review results and identify learning and development opportunities across the organisation.
-   Participate in Employer Branding initiatives, career events and collaborations with educational institutions to strengthen the Company's employer value proposition.
-   Support the implementation of CSR, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and organisational culture.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. A postgraduate degree and/or professional certification in Learning & Development or Human Resources will be considered an asset.
-   3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Development or a similar Human Resources role.
-   Experience in coordinating training programmes and supporting Performance Management processes.
-   Experience in onboarding programme design and implementation.
-   Familiarity with Scan HRMS is highly desirable.
-   Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-   Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
